This seem to relate to the imagination that BOUNTY STRETCH can beat them in the area of brain development. I do not know who hinted that. I offered limited clues, as scientists are able to do inferences. The strech does very well for me - I do not need any 5 step hip stretch. This one does coordinated body involvement and increases the blood/ body fluids/ neurotransmitters supply to brain instant while also stimulating kidneys. For a moment, I do not have a better comprehensive stretch, although I can think of alternatives. It enhances hip function equally while even stimulating the hip-tight muscles expansion and ligaments of course get very strong. Body feels well. I have internal damages and contractions - they all get released in this stretch, but I have a body memory of all kind of stretches practiced, thus I perhaps expand faster. All stretches that take less than a minute are faulty. Please do preparatory induction as the stretch might appeal involving at first. For the fit youth the prep might not be necessary. What is wanderfull the stretch is age proved ( IF YOU DO NOT HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE - BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE IT IF YOU STRETCH EFFECTIVELY AS ALL MUSCLE WILL ENGAGE THE PERIPHERAL BLOOD VESALS IN THE STRETCH, THAT ( AGAIN).....
