There are many more windows to it than your worry about conotation

To the last statement - because originally it is country style dance,

centuries. Where is shame coming from to begin with? Worlds like:'

Such biased based in national symbols statements are illegal in USA -
youcan not go around doing the same about Blacks or Jews.  Where is
