Build Civilization: CONSTANTLY create Energy to Perceive Evil, and

This seems to be the result or outcome of having long and intensely
 studied the nature of civilization on Earth:

CONSTANTLY create Energy to Perceive Evil, and CONSTANTLY create
Energy to Disagree with Evil.  [ZTA]

This fits in nicely, with all preceding and fundamental
Human Rights Issues {HRI's}

and with the science of Fine Particle Physics {FPP} which
studies AND understands AND classifies Life Energy
PARTICLES including thoughts and intentions.

That is how you Perceive Life, and that is how your thinking
about life (or the disturbed mangle of your thoughts about life)
is taking place.

1. You CREATE Energy to Perceive Life with, and

2. you CREATE Energies to intend things - in your life and
about people whom you interact with.

The key to any acceptable way of life on Earth, is

a. CONSTANTLY to create Energy to Perceive Evil

- you create Energy to Perceive with,
  also called Perception Energy -

b. CONSTANTLY to create Energy to Disagree with Evil

- you create Energy to intend with,
  also called Intention Energy.

'CONSTANTLY' means: All the time, everywhere, and it means without any
 exception - under all circumstances and while being WITH ANYONE - and
 it means day and night.

It means also, that great caution is to be exerted with
ANY mind-altering (or mood-altering, Perception-altering
or increasing or numbing - all the same thing: mind-
altering) substances of any kind, including alcohol and
tobacco.

Why is that so? The Independent, Objective Definition of Evil
 tells you why that is so - (and all Human Rights Issue definitions,
 including this one, are based on close and thorough observation of
 Life, ONLY).  [ODE]

Some hundred million people living on Earth, are of a nature
to CONSTANTLY inflict Harmful Energy on anyone and at any time
and at all times, and in the most intricate and often also
forceful ways.

They ENJOY doing so, to inflict Evil on anyone, and the more
'cleverly' and persistently they manage, the "better" they enjoy
it, including to obtain the Life Energy of anyone. And

part of it, is to HIDE that, and to make you blame "other
causes" for Evil that befalls you or others - like "it just
happens," or "you somehow caused it yourself."

 worn-out and opposite, parallel phrases, that its founder has stamped

But the 'Scientopaths' (Sociopaths in science) even ignore or deny

2. Life is NOT a game, at all. But 'Scientology' IS a malicious,
   deceptive "game," where everyone loses:

  It is how it is DESIGNED.

Compare that - with abundant examples in recorded history - to any other
"game" set up by a tyrant or dictator, and how it always ends in 'mud,'
WHILE proclaiming the noblest goals in order to get cooperation and
dissemination and Admiration for the tyrant or dictator.

The main factors are

a. Hypnosis and Energy-vampirism on people by dictator-type
   individuals (but you say the dictator has "charisma" and
   "is superior" to you and others); and the other main factor is

b. Disinformation - the intelligent fabrication and camouflage
   by whatever means, of deliberately false "information," in order
   to steer and control people - always to their actual detriment,
   but unknown to them as being detrimental to them.
