As the death toll in Poland has risen to 15 in the worst floods in
decades, there is growing concern that the country is being subjected
to new and dangerous weather modification weapons.

The extremely unstable weather has even hit nearby Austria, which has
had 67% more rain than usual this May as well as icy temperatures and
also snow in the eastern parts.

In fact, as I sit here writing this, another black cloud has passed
over Vienna, released a fierce amount of rain and moved on, leaving
blue skies.

In Poland, the floods have left large areas under water and are
threatening Warsaw. The Vistula River broke its dykes, flooding a town
of 25,000 residents and an area up to seven kilometers from the usual
river channel.

This  heavy rain was preceded by massive chemtrail spraying, according
to witnesses.

On Sunday morning, on Polsat TV News, a "science expert" said that
sulfate aerosols – droplets of sulphuric acid – are  being sprayed
into the atmosphere as climate coolers as part of the fight against
„global warming“.

According to a Polish reader, the expert said the sulfate aerosols
were being used without the agreement of the Polish government because
„there was no time to work on such agreements.“

He mentioned Globalist Bill Gates as a funder of the geo engineering
project to use sulphur aerosols to cool the planet.

Could the secret spraying with sulfate aerosols have contributed to
the recent flooding in Poland and destablisation on a massive scale?

Acting President and Globalist Bronislaw Komorowski is trying to use
the floods to serve his political ends, specifically, to delay the
presidential election set for June 20th.

Komowski originally put the presidential election forward from
November,  but has found his popularity tumble as a consensus has
rapidly emerged that Komorowski and Prime Minister Donal Tusk acted
together to cover up, if not engineer, the murder of President Lech
Kaczynski and 96 others in Smolensk on the 70th anniversary of the
first Katyn Massacre for the financial and political interests of the
Globalists.

Jaroslaw Kaczynski is now widely considered to be set to win the
presidential elections by an overwhelming margin, but Komorowski may
think that floods offer a last chance to avert election disaster and a
full investigation into the air crash.

A few days before the flooding in Poland, Globalist Zbigniew
Brzezinski visited the country, and also gave an interview to Polish
TV expressing his view the Smolensk aircrash was an accident.

However, the grand old fox of US politics found that his views did not
sway the Poles, and he has recently expressed fears of a „global
awakening“ of people to the true agenda of the Globalists.

Before visiting Poland, Bzezinski also attended  a special conference
on May 5, 2010, in Washington DC to commemorate the 70th anniversary
of the Katyn Massacre of 1940 in Washington, D.C., at the Library of
Congress.

According to Polish media, Bzezinski also helped organise the funeral
of Lech Kaczynski on April 10th, and possibly had a hand in choosing
the music.

The Berliner Philhamoniker helcioptered in to Krakow for the funeral
and played a piece by Richard Strauss called  „Metamorphosen“ composed
in 1945 to lament the defeat of Nazi Germany.

Nazi sympathiser Richard Strauss also wrote a hymn for the notorious
Nazi Governor General of Poland Hans Frank.

Strauss would seem an odd choice of music for Polish patriot -- unless
you are a Globalist like Brzezinski.

In his banal book outlining Globalist plans to take over the world,
the „Grand Chessboard“, Brzezinski assigns an extraordinary importance
to „Eurasia“, of which Poland is a central part.

"It is imperative that no Eurasian challenger emerges capable of
dominating Eurasia and thus of also challenging America. The
formulation of a comprehensive and integrated Eurasian geostrategy is
therefore the purpose of this book.” (p. xiv) he says.

„It follows that America's primary interest is to help ensure that no
single power comes to control this geopolitical space and that the
global community has unhindered financial and economic access to
it." (p148)

"To put it in a terminology that harkens back to the more brutal age
of ancient empires, the three grand imperatives of imperial
geostrategy are to prevent collusion and maintain security dependence
among the vassals, to keep tributaries pliant and protected, and to
keep the barbarians from coming together." (p.40).

Did Brzezinski decide to use weather warfare to keep the Polish
tributaries "pliant and protected" and  change weather patterns
through cloud seeding, the use of sulfate aerosols, Haarp or some
other process?

There is no direct evidence that this is the case but the dramatic,
unusual and sudden rains that have left large parts of Poland flooded,
causing enormous economic and social damage and allowing Komorowski to
call for a delay in elections which he will lose could also be
explained by the use of weather modification technologies.

As is becoming clearer every day, we are, indeed, dealing with
materially-minded, pseudo intellectual barbarians and Brzezinski
appears to be one of the banal butchers of the NWO, ready to use any
weapon, even weather weapons, to press a few more euros from humanity
for the profit of his paymasters.

Floods To Delay Presidential Elections?

The continuing floods which have affected southern Poland may force
the state authorities to postpone presidential elections scheduled for
20 June.

Floods have already become a part of political battle between the two
majority political parties – Civic Platform and the Law and Justice.
Kaczynski’s party, Law and Justice, has fiercely criticised Civic
Platform’s candidate Bronislaw Komorowski for not knowing the
Constitution after the acting President said that floods could not
affect the electoral calendar.

 “Floods usually don’t last longer than a week and it is still a month
before the elections. Besides, a state of emergency, even if it is
declared, will not refer to the whole country but only to flood-
stricken areas,” said Komorowski.

 “I guess Komorowski meant a state of emergency due to natural
disaster, not just a state of emergency,” said Prof. Marek Chmaj, a
constitutional expert, adding that according to the Constitution, even
if a state of emergency due to natural disaster is declared in only
one region, elections will have to be postponed anyway.

Law and Justice also continued its criticism of Komorowski for
visiting the regions affected by the floods. “What did he go there
for? As an acting president he cannot do much for people who were
affected by floods. It’s clearly a campaign,” said Jaroslaw Zielinski
from Law and Justice.

However, Law and Justice’s presidential candidate Jaroslaw Kaczynski
also considered meeting with inhabitants of the flooded regions but
decided to take care of his ill mother instead.

The opposition party wants the government to confess at the parliament
how it deals with the floods. “We want to know what the authorities
did to protect Poland against the flood. A report by the Supreme
Auditing Chamber (NIK) shows that in 2007-2008, the government did not
build necessary flood barriers in the Swietokrzyskie and Malopolskie
regions,” said Zielinski. (mg)

Floods Disrupt Polish Election Campaigns

Ongoing floods throughout Poland have led some presidential candidates
to put off party conventions, though Jaroslaw Kaczynski is to go ahead
with his rally this weekend.

Bronislaw Komorowski and Jaroslaw Kaczynski, the two front runners in
the presidential election, have had to rethink campaign strategies as
a result of the ongoing floods that hit Poland this week.

In the wake of the floods, that have claimed the lives of seven people
so far in Poland, Bronislaw Komorowski, the Civic Platform
presidential hopeful, has cancelled his first convention set for 30
May in Warsaw.

Jaroslaw Kaczynski was also expected to cancel his convention over
this coming weekend, but it has been confirmed that the Law and
Justice candidate will in fact kick off his campaign in Warsaw on
Saturday.

Before the decision was made, one Law and Justice politician from a
flooded area of Poland said: “How can we start a campaign when people
are losing their livelihoods?”

However, soon after Law and Justice said they would be rethinking
their campaign strategy, spokeswoman Elzbieta Jakubiak told
journalists that the convention will go ahead as planned, but its form
and content will be slightly changed. She did not give further
details.

Jaroslaw Kaczynski is to visit the central Polish town of Raciaz to
kick off his campaign trail, leading onto Slubice on the border with

Russian Dissidents Say Poland ‘Naive’ On Plane Crash Investigation

A group of Russian dissidents and Kremlin critics said in an open
letter Tuesday that Poland gives too much credit to Russia by not
asking any questions about Russia’s investigation into the April crash
that killed the Polish president.

Russian-Polish relations have for years been spectacularly bad as both
countries fought for influence in the post-Soviet countries of eastern
Europe and the Caucasus and Poland asserted it independence. Current
disagreements over energy and military plans continue to cloud the
relationship already marred by historic disputes, especially over the
Soviet Union’s brutal domination of nations in central and eastern
Europe in the 20th century.

A direct legal successor to the Soviet Union, Russia was cautiously
making friendlier gestures in the Polish direction just days before
the April 10 plane crash near the western Russian city of Smolensk, in
which Polish President Lech Kaczynski and 95 others were killed when
their airplane crashed on approach in thick fog. The officials were en
route to a ceremony to remember Polish officers killed on Stalin’s
orders in World War II.

The Russian leadership reacted to the crash with a series of
unprecedented moves that have led to a warming of the deep-frozen
relations with Poland. For the first time in the Putin era, the
country admitted Stalin’s responsibility for the massacre.

But the Polish government’s decision to leave the investigation in the
hands of Russian prosecutors has led to controversy and concern that
Russia could try to cover up its own mistakes in the handling of the
president’s visit, considered private and low-key by the Russian
authorities.

According to Russian dissidents, the Polish government is naive to
think Russia wants to reveal the entire truth about the crash.

“There’s an impression the Russian authorities are not interested in
clarifying all reasons behind the catastrophe, while the Polish
authorities repeat the assurances of ‘complete openness’ they get from
the Russian side, not making any demands from it and only waiting
patiently until the long-promised materials arrive from Moscow,” reads
the letter.

The document, published Tuesday in conservative daily Rzeczpospolita,
was signed by Soviet-era dissidents and present-day critics of the
Kremlin: Alexander Bondarev, Vladimir Bukovsky, Viktor Feinberg,
Natalya Gorbanevskaya, and Andrey Illarionov.

According to the letter, rapprochement with the current Russian
authorities is more important for the Polish government that
determining the truth about the plane crash.

“It seems that the Polish friends are demonstrating some naiveté,
forgetting that the interests of the current Kremlin leadership and
those of the nations of Russia’s neighbors do not converge,” reads the
letter.

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk Tuesday dismissed the criticism,
saying his administration would soon obtain flight data from the
Russian investigators before making its own judgment and revealing it
to the public.

Five former Soviet dissidents and political opponents of the present-
day Kremlin have written an open letter to a Polish newspaper
criticising the investigation into the Smolensk air disaster.

The Rzeczpospolita web site in Poland has published an open letter
signed by five Russian dissidents, saying that they are “surprised and
seriously concerned” over the course of the investigation to determine
the causes of the air crash near Smolensk on April 10.

Alexander Bondarev, Vladimir Bukovsky, Viktor Fainberg, Natalya
Gorbanevskaya and Andrei Illarionov write that the Russian authorities
all but ignored the video message of thanks on youtube by presidential
candidate Jaroslaw Kaczynski, twin brother of Lech Kaczynski who died
in the plane crash.

The letter accuses the Polish government of seemingly being more
interested in closer relations with the Kremlin than establishing the
truth about one of the greatest national tragedies to befell Poland.

“It seems that Polish friends demonstrate a certain naiveté,
forgetting that the interests of the current leadership in the Kremlin
are not convergent with those of the nation’s neighbour”, reads the
letter which also urges Poles, who “value their freedom”, to defend
Poland’s independence “also at the ballot box”, referring to the June
20 presidential elections.

The letter writers were all Soviet dissidents. Vladimir Bukovsky, for
instance, was one of the first to expose the use of psychiatric drugs
and treatments against political opponents during communist times. (ek/
