To jest oprocentowanie na początek dla tych wzietych "z ulicy"
Przy "dobrym sprawowaniu" dosyć szybko obniżają w dół.
Ale fakt faktem, ze w ostatnim półroczu w zasadzie wszyscy podnieśli oprocentowanie o kilka procent, aby pokryć straty.
Dużo ludzi skuszonych oprocentowaniem na 1% - 2% pobrało kredyty na domy, apotem jak bańka prysła i mieli płacić 6% to im zabrakło kasy i nie spłacają innych pożyczek.
Na pierwszy ogień poszły pożyczki bez zabezpieczenia i karty kredytowe.
Z tego co widze np. na lendingclub, prosper zopa itp itd, około 40% inwestycji poszło się bujać. Sądzę że podobny procent nie spłaca też kart kredytowych.
