Gauging flow of energy by own body and mind - means that much stress on that is needed; rest waits at the gate - self regulatory trust in the body ( when toxins removed) - aligning body and mind in the morning or in sleep, automatically - morning meditation / exercise to put self at own optimum; the toxin removal becomes automatic with that - symmetry in asymmetry of all body and mind work - no threat in outside of the range reaction; opposite inviting these as long as the return is certain ; guarantees no aging of the brain; same for exercises that need to be of own design when we understand our needs; water resistance for water aerobic same way very beneficial; light weights, hangs down and overhead exercises guarantee no Alzheimer ( brain flow is managed and balanced) 3. Antioxidants time released; and /or frequent snacking for all crisis strain situation , including peri- menopausal changes. Nature supplies before the supplements. These are valued from the standpoint of longevity: Vic C,.
