                 PHILOSOPHY OF CIRCULAR REJUVENATION

            Myself, having the physiological age of 1/2 of real one, I
am sharing my long work on tips for rejuvenating strategies at any
age. A lot is about how to think about self. With that determine your
physiological age and consistently act as one ( be younger than the
calendar age in no time).

They are also part of my FIVU now virtual gym, that some people carry
out beyond imaginary
( these do some difference too, especially if there is a corresponding
cumulated habit,
no matter how old):


   I . Functional interventions in own body and mind:

1. Toxin systematic removal every morning - regular flow of body waste
removal ; letting go unneeded

    - prompting the cleaning of all membrane by habit; slight
diuretic; enough fiber; soak out any MSG,
 if you have to get products with it; avoid cans and sulfate in wines;
variety of wines are great.

    - cleaning the eyes; lymphs and liver - old way; worm water with
the lemon; effective stretching of all muscles and linings (when
mastered); mild herbs for increased diuresis - linden , parsley, white
tee, juniper and others; careful with chamomile and lavender and mint
as army spoiled
use of these permanently by using it as a bio-weapons ( should be made
a crime)

    - methodical kidney cleaning - up side down exercise on the clean
and active bladder
and developing kidney- brain reflex that starts prompting these
reactions automatically
when stressed in addition to every morning

   - other as individually learned; mud wraps are great - body
regulates intake of minerals;
     self massaging and using pressure points, including on feet

2. Gauging flow of energy by own  body and mind - means that much
stress on that is needed; rest  waits at the gate - self regulatory
trust in the body ( when toxins removed)

 - aligning body and mind in the morning or in sleep, automatically -
morning meditation / exercise  to put self at own optimum; the toxin
removal becomes automatic with that

- symmetry in asymmetry of all body and mind work - no threat in
outside of the range reaction; opposite inviting these as long as the
return is certain ; guarantees no aging of the brain; same for
exercises that need to be of own design when we understand our needs;
water resistance for water aerobic same way very beneficial; light
weights, hangs down and overhead exercises guarantee no Alzheimer
( brain flow is managed and balanced)

3. Antioxidants time released; and /or frequent snacking for all
crisis strain situation , including peri- menopausal changes. Nature
supplies before the supplements. These are valued from the standpoint
of longevity:  Vic C,. Vit E, Vit B 6 , CQ 10, small doses or reduced
form UBQH; alfa lipoic acids or reduced R- DHLA) - in nuts and flax
seeds ( stage products: EPA,DHA,PG3), all for the vassals and
membranes health - see more elsewhere) ,and glutathione liver cleaner
( after  ‘drcolbert.com’ ) -  in clean lean meets in fish; turmeric
and curry ( green tee lower Blood pressure if drank
3 times a day, over effectively - watch the low pressure but primarily
is not antioxidant).

4. Specialty minerals maintaining muscles: boron, Vit C plus Ca and
MG, moderate use only ; also cholesterol to be not low; chromium;
molybdenum, cooper; by the foods; or by mineral drinks for muscles;
sport drinks drank very slow and distributed overtime or time
released.
  ( No worries about arthritis with these as the muscle are in charge)

5. Balance , balance, balance - think of too big weight but also too
little - in older age needed caution and massage to stimulate the
retention of tissue, not the other way; no low cholesterol for the
heart - Mayo clinic agrees; less trouble with any blood pressure if
toxins managed; exercises more stretching and expanding the range,
including Tai Chi than application of high strength ( builds anyway)
or heavy weights.


  6. Light exposure including in sleep; including herbs that have a
broad light spectrum like oregano, angelica - dan que; spirulina;
sizandra ( nanonizedd coffe) ; chocolate - cacao, and others; exercise
always in light; always in consideration of the sun light angle.


7. Other -  that each person uses and need to make these conscious as
we grow - to have
them kicked in more automatically, going first via conscious stage and
than becoming
automatic; each person is a master and only active approaches produce
these results;
do not refuse the control over the vegetable nervous system  expanding
- heart refuses palpitation ; intestinal stress -not existent; anxiety
gauged to optimum


II. Structural self interventions (figure these in the gym - these are
accumulated effects of the above)

  1. CARE OF BRAIN GUARANTEEING ALLERTNESS ANY TIME, INCLUDING UPON
ACCIDENTAL WAKING

2. CARE OF MEMBRAINS, NODES, LIVER AND SKIN - remember sprouts, barley
and legumes ( all that all fashioned goods)

3. CARE OF MUSCLES - LIGAMENTS , BONES FOLLOW
