A PARADA IDZIE DALEJ '62nd annual Polish Constitution Day Grand Parade, Parma: Not one, but two parades will mark this year's local Constitution Day celebrations. The Polish American Congress' Grand Parade will take place at 2 p.m. Sunday in Parma, stepping off from Ridge Road at Essen Avenue, heading south and concluding at Ridgewood Park. "Big Chuck" Schodowski will be the grand marshal, and there will be floats, horses, antique cars, marching bands and more. There will also be a Polonia Ball at 7:30 p.m. at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist Party Center the night before the parade.
