President Obama has negative impact on USA political alliances by
responsible action
 ( ironically only for the President)

President Obama declared on Tuesday that “the whole world” had a
responsibility to help the US-led mission in Afghanistan. He would, he
said, soon lay out the “obligations of our international partners”.
Those partners have been waiting a long time for the details. On
Monday the President had his tenth meeting with his advisers to work
out his strategy for Afghanistan. He has now spent almost three months
considering his options, and has promised an announcement on
deployments after the Thanksgiving holiday."

THIS LANGUAGE WAS NEVER PRACTICED; IT IS INAPPROPRIATE EVEN FROM THE
INTERPERSONAL; STANDPOINT.

( I was even more shocked yesterday  when he has rehearsed delivery in

a  committed legislature because other r will tell USA what to do;
when senate gets that than has two choices: legislature about mandates
on CO2
without trade tariffs against the violators of CO2 levels ( that are
against the USA economic , political interest and clearly non
consequential in some cases),  and with tariffs, and watch - these
tariffs will turn against the USA interests but he will sign
it" ( chip communication was extremely outspoken along these lines.

There was no specifics on anything about CO2:
1. is it related to climate worming
2. is climate warming a fact under the longitudinal study an dif
slight than is that beneficial
3. which measures of CO2 level be applied and by whom
4. will self report by the target country be sufficient ( with clear
case already that China only lies; but not who and how would have
authority about challenging that)

there was enough voice that the horse comes before the car and not
after; so i challenged the controlledx by obama presenter that in USA
after all the considerations alredyt exporessed, President is sharing
that
move on the global control of climate from the USA standpoint with
congress and Judiciary and in no way
statements are balanced in respect of the political power balancing in
USA. He answered: but the senate is democratic anyway thus the content
of these issues does not matter - democrats in congress will do it as
he wants.

( I had to quit that there; but the inappropriateness and danger of
overrunning the actual danger from teh unchecked content if the new
policy by the political blackmail without checking what is being
actually
factual about that climate change is atrocious; dangerous in the long
run; in this case could turn dangerous for the world ( if the hidden
world oligarchy Obama way would have it; it is true that President is
most likely "tool" but that is what is dangerous and tank got we have
other checking points).

I apologize top presenter, I am using the case not to dismiss his
analytic, persuasive and scientific skills; i am doing it from other
angle with view of the dangerous passage for the world affair of Obama
would have it this irresponsible way and what is to follow later, if
he is this cynical towards other s already). President laughed that
off when the situation with chips was discussed confidentially and
that is why this is opened to the public - the avenue to address it
confidentially is closed by president Obama himself. Many people need
to overgrow the chip with own brain and turn it of as the life time of
the device is done or as they realized own potential which implants

PRESIDENT RECEIVED THE NOTOICE OF THGE LEGAL GRIEVANCE FROM ME AND THE
INTENT TO SUE IN THE INTERNATIONAL COURT AND UPON THESE CONDITIONS HE
AGREED TOP NEGOTIATE, SECRETLY- AS THE ISSUES HAVE MULTIPLE CROSS
REFERENCES AND OVERLAPS INCLUDIN G TO SECURITY- RESERVATION BEING THAT
RIGHT NOW UNSAFE PERSON IS THE PRESIDENT.

 THERE IS NO BIGGER DISREGARD FOR RIGHT THAT PRESIDENT HAS SHOWN IN
THESE INCIDENTS.

I also advocate here and other places, that as  smart presenters just
demand removing the chips that in long run will most likely atrophy
their brains; that is for the sake of greater good as well. If
independent scientists would come to such realization , it would be
very difficult to 'disobey" the president by removing the counter
productive and politically "wrong" and even "incorrect' chip. We need
to consolidate forces. i do no have chips but only 62 failed
kidnapping attempts to do just that against my will and my sons
already in a very young age massacred by the involuntary chips, all
illegal under the USA Constitution. Point is that people with  greater
good in mind and the political victim need to consolidate even more
and speak openly.
