A oto jak wyglada egzamin od strony teoretycznej:

You will move through each section of the tutorial in sequence
starting with the Introduction and moving downward to Isolation, then
back up to Off Screen and downward until you finish Non-Possession.
You must complete each topic and answer the Review Questions before
you will be able to move to the next section. At the end of the
tutorial is the Basketball Exam; when you complete the exam you will
receive a Synergy Sports Technology Phase Two Basketball Logging
Certificate. The results of the Basketball Exam will be used to
determine who will be contacted for live training on the Synergy
Sports logging software. Even if you are not contacted for live
training immediately, your name will be put on a waiting list.

Please remember that no compensation will be provided for either the
self-paced or live stages of training and that receipt of the
certificate is not an offer of contract employment with Synergy Sports
Technology. If you encounter system problems with the tutorial, a
message will be automatically sent to the IT staff at Synergy Sports
and they will investigate the situation.  Please do not send emails to
this account unless you do not hear from us with a resolution to the
problem. We cannot address issues that are the result of inadequate
bandwidth or technology at your location.

Ciekawe ilu maja kandydatow [setki? tysiace? dziesiatki tysiecy?] i jaki
odsetek z nich stanowia obcokrajowcy [powiedzialbym, ze wiekszosc].

BTW, po co wlasciwie to robisz? Dostaniesz dostep do ich baz?

Ciekawe ilu maja kandydatow [setki? tysiace? dziesiatki tysiecy?]

Po wstepnym odsianiu tych, ktorzy nie przeszli egzaminu teoretycznego
(to moze srobic przeciez zwykly soft) raczej blizej setek niz
dziesiatkow tysiecy. Ankiety ktos musi przeczytac, ocenic i podjac
decyzje, czy czlowieka dalej zaprosic. Odpowiedz mialem dostac 2-3
tygodnie po tescie, a przyszla po kilku dniach.

i jaki odsetek z nich stanowia obcokrajowcy [powiedzialbym, ze wiekszosc]..

A jakie to ma znaczenie? Na pewno szukaja tez ludzi z Europy. Byc moze
w gre wchodzi zaawansowany scouting na posiomie lig europejskich? W
sumie po co klubo scouci i podroze skoro mozna wydac 2 czy 3 tysiace
na pelny raport?

BTW, po co wlasciwie to robisz? Dostaniesz dostep do ich baz?

Po pierwsze interesuje mnie czy to co widze jest tym co faktycznie sie
dzieje. Po drugie jestem zwyczajnie ciekawy. Nowe narzedzie, nowa
zabawka.
Po trzecie takie podejscie juz nie raz dalo ciekawe i niespodziewane
owoce. Moje czysto teoretyczne zainteresowanie badaniami 10 lat temu
doprowadzilo do tego, ze teraz robie to co robie. :-)
Po czwarte - cokolwiek sie stanie na pewno nie wchodzi w gre dostep do
ich bazy. Po to płacą loggerom, zeby nie bylo watpliwosci kto jest
wlascicielem danych i kto kontroluje do nich dostep. Ostatecznie to
firma majaca przynosic zyski. Gdyby Morey wiedzial ze mam dostep do
takiego cuda, to mysle, ze mialbym bardzo dobrego przyjaciela za
oceanem. Ba - sam bym mu to zaproponowal ;-)
