mind control is an international conspiracy.

The common goal of mind control operators is obviously to keep people
always under operators' surveillance and control from internal states
to oversea.
Therefore, it is only for operators' good in order to control
everyone and they can easily eliminate anyone who know operators'
crimes
(in manipulating people's lives), or who infringe their interests, or
whom operators' dislike.

I have stated that current mind control system are also lives
control system.  Therefore, the operators will distinguish people's
lives into different groups in the society.

We do not trust your words because openly telling lies to mislead

is the trademark of mind control operators.

Mind control operators not only control people's lives, but they also

manipulate people's health, lives & activities.

How am I positive to say that the operators can use the invisible
wave weapon to manipulate people's lives without most of victims'
knowledge?

I would use the below formal document to prove my words.

The following information is a report on nonlethal technologies,
issued by the Council on Foreign Relations.  Although this
information tell us that the invisible wave is the specially
designed by government to against terrorists and durgtrafickers,
however, these career officers (and operators) can also use it
to manipulate people' lives.
That's because this information has proven that these invisible
wave weapon can be used to injure victim from any direction without
victim's knowledge.  Furthermore, it does prove that the invisible
wave weapons currently are in the hands of law enforcement officers.
Please read carefully on the sentence which has been marked-as ***.

This report points out that , "The Nairobiv Convention, to which
the United States is a signatory, prohibits the broadcast of
electronic signals into a sovereign state without its consent in
peace time.

This report opens discussion of use of these weapons against
"terrorists" and "drug traffickers". *** The CFR report recommends
that this be done secretly so that the victims do not know where

There is a problem with this approach. The use of these weapons,
even against these kinds of individuals, may be in violation of
United States law in that it presume guilt rather than innocence.

Now, I would use the comment of Council on Foreign Relations (CFR)
and clarify it.

Let's read the main clause of above sentence carefully-"this be
done secretly so that the victims do not know where the attack is
from." This proves that the law enforcement officers (operators) can
use the invisible wave weapon to attack the victims and victims do
not know where the attack is from.  That's because this attack done
so secretly.

There are eight cases has been reported in such kind situation.

One individual (driven to extremes of stress by ongoing electronic
harassment focusing on her children) killed one child in an effort
to protect her from further pain.

Another individual, during a telephone conversation, was told by an
employee of a local power company that , if she value the lives of
her children, she would  drop the her opposition to the company's
installation of high power lines.  Since receiving that threat, the
individual 11-year-old daughter has been reduced to extremes of
pain, resulting in her recurrent hospitization treatment of illness
which cannot be diagnosed. It's now also apparent to this
individual that her three-year-old son is on the receiving end of
externally induced auditory input.

The above cases tell us that these victims did not know where the
attack was from (even they know that they were injured in the first
case). It does prove that the document of CFR tell the truth.

Now, let's read the subordinate clause of this report carefully-"or
if there even is an attack."
This proves that the victims could be attacked with the invisible
wave weapon without victims' knowledge.
It means that after the operators use the invisible wave weapon to
manipulate the victims' lives (or attack victims), the victims does
not even know that if there is an attack (on them).  This is how the
operator manipulate people's lives with the invisible wave weapon.

The above document has formally confirmed that the law enforcement
officers (operators) can use the invisible wave weapon to manipulate
people's lives without most victims' knowledge.

Such kinds of injuries will be different with the above cases which
victims know that they were injured.
It means that the operators can manipulate people's lives without
most victims' knowledge.

To clarify such kinds of injuries, I would make some examples to
explain it.

Example one, the operators can use the chronal gun to attack on the
hamstring of victim to avoid victim's knowledge because there is no
nerve system on this part.  After being attacked several times with
the
chronal gun, it will cause the victim to feel cramps when the victim
try to move his legs.
Although under such kind of attack, the victim will feel cramps and
cannot move his feet.  However, most victims will not suspect that
they are being injured with an invisible wave weapon (chronal gun)
by the operators.  This type of manipulation of people's lives can
stop the victim from doing anything that might either benefit the
victim or oppose the interests of mind control operators.

Example two, the operators can use the chronal gun at a low setting
to injure victim's organs little by little.  The unaware victim will
live normally as usual, without any suspicion of being injured,
until the injuries become serious after a few weeks or a month later.
Therefore, the operators can manipulate people's lives and create the
liver, lung, kidney, and gall-bladder diseases on people without the
victim's knowledge.

Example three, the operators can even induce flu on people.

According my interview with victims a few years ago, some of victims
had
told me that operators could induce flu on them and cause fever.
A victim has on several occasions had the flu induced upon him,
told me that operators will also use the chronal gun to injure
victim's
throat to cause laryngitis.  That's because people will have fever
after
they have laryngitis.

Since flu is a common disease and can frequently cause senior patient
to die, I have paid more attention to search the information in this
field.

Fortunately, I finally find this information from the report of wonder
weapons.

Nonlethal
Electromagnetic Weapons project. He conducted most of his research at
the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute in Bethesda, Md.

Based on victims' report, I deduce that above information are not
really
latest device but it already be used for many years (over ten years).

However, to most people, the technique of inducing flu is still a
health
threat and the lives threat to the weak or senior citizens.
That's because flu is a common disease and only good health can defend
against it (or one must take the flu shot in advance).
Senior citizens (or those in weak physical condition) who gets the flu
will be most susceptible to die from it because no any medicine can
directly kill the disease.
Therefore, when the flu season comes, operators can easily use such
kind of technique to induce flue on senior citizens and make them to
die as if by natural cause.

It is really a terrible and unspeakable evil technique of operators
when it is used on unknowing senior victims.
