American Atrocities in Germany

   AMERICAN investigators at the U. S. Court in Dachau, Germany, used
the following methods to obtain confessions: Beatings and brutal
kickings. Knocking out teeth and breaking jaws. Mock trials. Solitary
confinement. Posturing as priests. Very limited rations. Spiritual
deprivation. Promises of acquittal.

Complaints concerning these third degree methods were received by
Secretary of the Army Kenneth Royall last Spring. Royall appointed
Justice Gordon Simpson of the Texas Supreme Court and me to go to
Germany and check up on the reports.

Accompanied by Lt. Col. Charles Lawrence. Jr., we went to Munich,
Germany, set up offices there, and heard a stream of testimony about
the way in which American atrocities were committed.

But first, a bit of the background. Last Spring the Supreme Court
refused the habeas corpus petition of Col. Willis N. Everett. Jr., an
American lawyer, who had served as defense counsel for the 74 Germans
accused in the famous Malmedy case. Everett is a very able lawyer, a
conscientious and sincere gentleman. He is not a fanatic.

In his petition. Everett charged that the Germans had not received a
fair trial. Everett did not claim that all the German defendants were
innocent, but since they did not have a fair trial, there was no way
of telling the innocent from the guilty.

The tragedy is that so many of us Americans, having fought and won the
war

punished". We won the war, but some of us want to go on killing.

suggestion is that they leave maybe; if there was no that blaming of
the victims, the choice to cover these was probably stipulated between
the services with ED; probably!!!! ( i know what has occurred); it
would have to be mutually agreed, i imagine;
     ( I AM NOT BREAKING THE SECRECY HERE EITHER - I AM EXPANDING THE
VIEW SO WHEN
THE NEXT STEP FIGHT ON - YOU AT LEAST DO NOT BEAT THE TIME NEEDLESS -

let use one - Civil war did not even end in 1920-ties but nobody even
notice these in the available documentaries - on this one who is
guilty not understanding what has occured? NOT A CIA; by the way try
not to use their History Department if

People are not informed; and oblivious ( sorry - you - we are till
crying situation like this one and many more);
 all countries finished the WWII but USA (includes reparation
clarification of claims; victims recognition, 10 years amnesty for the
opposing sides conflicts within the country and the like). AMNESTY IS
OPPOSED TO BLACKMAIL PEOPLE BY THE BUSHLAND LYING THAT THEY ARE NOT
THE LITTLE BUT CIA  AND CIA DOES NOT CLARIFY ANY AS IT IS INCOMPETENT
MOGUL WE DO NOT NEED BY NOW.

   Amnesty is needed top end the killings, anywhere; no other
civilised coutry justifies the killing of people for any reason but
USA ( Obama himself no better -a s he just announced he does not mind,
at least)

 AT LEAST THANKS TO MY FIGHT PROSECUTORS STARTED THE PROGRAMS FOR
VICTIMS - ALL SKIPPED LATELY AND ESPECIALLY IN DC AS IF ALL ABOUT
MONEY FROM CRIMINAL TO CRIMINAL ONLY.

BUSHLAND OFFENDS 'EUROPE ' NOT JUST GERMANS RIGHT AND LEFT AS THE
PRIMITIVES HAVE THE OPERATIONAL PATTERN OF GETTING AWAY WITH MUCH
MORE. NO ACCOUNTABILITY\Y ON THESE IN THE HOMELAND SECURITY SECRET
SERVICE AND NOT MUCH NEW EXPECTED DUE TO MANIPULATIONS - SECRET
SERVICE WILL NOT KNOW; ONLY MANIPULATORS DO - THEY SEND OWN CASE MADE
UP , TRUE OR WASHED TO OWN PEOPLE ( THEY FUNCTION AS CLAN ) AND THAN
BLACKMAIL ; IN SUCH CASE WILL NOT MATTER THAT THE DIRECTOR MIGHT BE
HONEST.
