The thieves made off with ten kilograms of diamonds worth $67 million in an armed robbery at the city's main airport. According to airport officials, the armed men broke through a fence at around 8 P.M. local time and accosted a team from the Brink's security company moving the diamonds from their van onto a plane that was Zurich-bound. Only minutes later, the thieves made off through the same break in the fence they had entered, polished diamonds in tow. None of the security guards were injured in the robbery. Police later found a car that had been torched and suspect that it was one of the vehicles used in the theft, according to Australian News.
